  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

📷 Proof Required

  • Please share clear photos or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect item to help us process your return smoothly.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved:
  • A replacement will be sent at no extra cost, OR
  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.Please provide details for Google Pay, PhonePe, or your bank account if the order was delivered as COD.
    • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Returns requested after 48 hours from delivery.
  • Any items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
